Import your collection directly from Collectr

You can now import your existing Collectr collection straight into Polaris Cards — no manual re-entry, no reformatting. Where to find it Inside any collection: click "Import from Collectr" to add everything from your export into that collection. On the My Collections page: click "Import from Collectr" to import your whole Collectr export at once. Each Collectr portfolio becomes its own Polaris collection automatically — reusing an existing collection if the name matches, or creating a new one if it doesn't. You choose which for each portfolio before confirming. Before you start You'll need a Collectr PRO subscription to export your collection as a CSV — Collectr's free tier doesn't include export. Once exported, just upload the file as-is. Smart matching Recognizes both singles and sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, and more). Shows you a preview before anything is imported — matched rows are selected automatically, and you can review, deselect, or adjust anything that doesn't look right. For rows that don't match automatically, we now suggest the closest likely cards so you can pick the right one yourself instead of the row being skipped. Large collections import with a visible progress bar, and if something interrupts the import partway through, you can retry from where it left off instead of starting over. Condition mapping Collectr uses a 5-tier condition scale while Polaris uses 6, so conditions are mapped by severity rather than by name. See the full mapping table in our Help Center. Questions?
