Release Notes: Bulk Listing, Combined Shipping & Smarter Search (Jul 10–24, 2026)

A look back at what shipped on Polaris Cards over the past two weeks. SEARCH & DISCOVERY • Smarter card and product search — typo-tolerant matching, sortable results, and an "exact match" toggle for when you want literal substring matches only. • A persistent search bar with a game filter is now available site-wide, and auto-hides on scroll on mobile to save space. • Pokémon card search can now be filtered to English-only or Japanese-only prints, and results now favor English matches when a name matches both. • My Listings now supports searching your own inventory by name, short ID, expansion, or card number, plus sorting — and CSV/Excel export now matches whatever status, search, and sort you currently have applied instead of always exporting everything. • Pokémon Topps and Sorcery: Contested Realm now have their own discoverable marketplace pages. NEW CARD GAMES • Pokémon Topps added to the catalog. • Sorcery: Contested Realm added to the catalog. LISTINGS • A new bulk listing tool lets you list an entire expansion at once, with per-card pricing, condition, and a language selector. • Fixed a homepage bug where Recent Listings cards varied in height depending on how many trait badges (graded, reverse holo, etc.) a listing had. • Listings now show a short ID (like #A1B2C3) on the listing page and in My Listings, and it's searchable. CHECKOUT & SHIPPING • Combined shipping: add items to an order you've already paid for from the same seller, and pay one small combined service fee instead of full shipping again. • Sellers can now offer both carrier shipping and manual shipping tiers on the same listing. • Reworked the checkout shipping selector and fixed pickup-point and shipping-address bugs. • A phone number is now required for shipping labels. MESSAGING • You can now attach images to chat messages (handy for packaging or shipping proof). • The message box now grows with your message instead of staying a fixed tiny size, and Enter no longer sends your message on mobile — it inserts a line break instead, matching how the on-screen keyboard's return key normally behaves. • Fixed line breaks not showing up in sent messages. ORDERS & TRUST • Seller reputation is now shown directly on order detail pages. OTHER • Added a news widget and dismissible announcements banner to the homepage. • Updated Help page. • Added Excel import settings for bulk listing imports.
